We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers. Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery details and pay the full order total, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges. Bank-transfer orders may require payment confirmation before dispatch.

We do not currently collect or store card details. If additional payment methods are introduced, relevant payment-provider terms will apply.

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, holidays, or other circumstances. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the Refund & Exchange Policy published on our website. Please review that policy before purchasing.
