Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers must contact us before returning any item. Refunds are processed after inspection. Earrings, personalized items, and clearance/sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
